The Role.

We are seeking a Roofing Sales Representative who is proficient in consultative selling and brings significant experience in sales, ideally in the construction or home services industry. You will join a small, specialized team and lead efforts to help roofing contractors adopt our platform, optimize their sales processes, and support our vision for modernizing the roofing industry.

Who You Are.

• Demonstrated ability to sell complex software solutions with minimal supervision, with a portfolio or examples of past successes
• Understanding of the roofing industry or home services sector is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms
• Willing to travel occasionally for industry events and key client meetings

What You'll Be Doing.

• Conduct demonstrations of our platform to potential clients, highlighting features that solve their specific challenges
• Develop and maintain relationships with roofing contractors across the country
• Work with our product team to gather feedback and identify new opportunities for platform enhancement
• Create and refine sales processes to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-up
• Represent SmartRoofQuotes at industry events and conferences
