The Role.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will ensure our clients get maximum value from the SmartRoofQuotes platform. You will be responsible for client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help our customers achieve their business goals with our technology.

Who You Are.

• Experience in customer success, account management, or client services roles
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and the customer lifecycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
• Background in construction, home services, or similar industries is a plus

What You'll Be Doing.

• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new clients
• Provide regular training sessions to help customers maximize platform usage
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to improve retention
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
• Create resources such as tutorials, guides, and best practices documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handoffs
